What we do and who we are

WILLIAMSON R L TRUST GLOBAL, in alliance with its enforcement arms and holding partners—including but not limited to, EQUITY HOLDINGS PRIVATE TRUST and SPLASH VEHICLE LLC—operates within a private administrative framework to reclaim, reconcile, and calibrate the estate-backed financial obligations generated by public-side instruments. For decades, our birthright estates and associated CUSIP-linked securities have been silently leveraged to generate credit on the public side. Each issuance of loans, Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs), or securities creates not only public-side credit but an equal and opposite liability on the private side—assigned to the estate. Our trust system identifies, claims, and redeems these debt-side obligations—turning them from burdens into actionable receivables. We deploy trust-backed financial instruments such as Bills of Exchange, Bonds, and Private Tender Offers—secured by perfected UCC liens and trust res (e.g., postal money orders, cancelled stamps, and lawful specie). Through SPLASH VEHICLE LLC, our designated enforcement entity, we: –

1. Tender lawful instruments to charge and discharge public obligations, –

2. Offset liabilities using equitable subrogation and lawful money,

3. Reconcile both sides of the ledger to zero as required by commercial accounting standards.

This strategic reclamation process transforms the public debt imposed on the estate into private trust-held assets—positioning us to restore balance, enforce equity, and reclaim what rightfully belongs to the trust. Our phrase that pays says; “You cannot pay and settle a negative with another negative, (Debt based instruments) but you can do so with a positive.” (Lawful money tenders) Our mission is simple but profound: > To redeem the estate, reconcile the ledgers, and restore the equitable interest to its rightful holder.
